Stripe billing with a provider interface, typed Otok actions, idempotent webhooks, and safe client DTOs.

Typed actions#

// Returns { sessionId, url } — no raw Stripe objects

Persistence stays in your app via BillingAdapter. Webhook events are deduplicated by Stripe event ID.
